KEVIN MCNABB
Kevin McNabb is the Owner and CEO of Cloverdale Brake and Wheel, a locally owned automotive repair shop built on hard work, hands-on leadership, and a personal commitment to earning every customer’s trust.
Early in his career, a mentor taught Kevin an approach he still relies on today: always have multiple plans and multiple solutions ready before starting a job. That lesson continues to give him the confidence to take on difficult repairs, knowing there is always another path forward.
His leadership is guided by six core values — honesty, integrity, challenge, determination, caring, and service — which shape every decision at Cloverdale Brake and Wheel, from pricing and billing to how the shop trains and treats its customers.
He’s driven by a simple standard: quality work, delivered honestly, backed by a shop willing to stand behind it. He is committed to being known as hardworking, honest, loyal, and trustworthy — a reputation built one customer, and one job, at a time.
